A Record Collection

I seriously want this to be me. I’ve been digging the 50’s lately.

R.I.P. Doc Watson. I remember listening to one of his albums a few days ago. I hadn’t listened to it too much. But once I heard that sweet guitar sound on Black Mountain Rag, I thought, “Geez, this is what guitar playing is all about” You will be missed my good sir.

I usually always pull this one of the shelf when I’m rummaging through it. This is always a great listen for mornings. Or anytime for that matter. It’s nice to hear Frankie played in Beat Jazz form

Another great blues selection to compliment a good cup of coffee. Blues always gets me through the morning.

Waking up to coffee and a good blues record makes me feel the day is gonna be alright.

I pre-ordered it yesterday. I can’t wait for this gem to arrive in the mail. This is my top 5 favorite albums for sure.

I lived with my mother at the time of this photo. All I had in my closet of a room were records, a bed and a chair. This normal sized Doors record looks tiny in my giant hands.

This is a wonderful record I found randomly one day. Very different from the usual Vince Guaraldi albums.
